3CSN's approach to professional learning focuses on building knowledge, building relationships, and providing opportunities for praxis. Sessions are intentionally designed to build on the strengths of the college and its students to support them in transformative change. 3CSN offers free online sessions and contracts with community colleges throughout the state. If we provide training on networking and use action research methodologies, community college professionals will transform their identities and environments to create communities of practice that will produce powerful learning and working across campuses. 3CSN network coordinators are college practitioners who have deeply participated in 3CSN professional learning and are continuously learning and designing for equitable outcomes for students.
