Colleges’ Integrated Plans are due to the Chancellor’s Office at the end of this semester, so to help colleges as they finish their Integrated Plans, we want to get together to review those plans and be ready to submit them for approval. Come join us for a hands-on session that will cover
- completing Plan requirements,
- preparing for Board approval,
- learning more about designing outcomes and data analysis, and
- aligning Integrated plans with college and district strategic & master plans.
We are encouraging you to bring a team of faculty, staff, and administrators from your college. Please include your college planning leaders, Counselors, SLO and Assessment Coordinators, SSSP & Equity Committee Members, Institutional Researchers, BSI leaders, and other people from across the campus who are key to your integration efforts.
Please bring a current draft of your 2017-19 Integrated Plan as well as the key college strategic/educational master plan goals related to student access, success, equity, and completion. We also ask that you bring a laptop or tablet if possible.
